  1. Thanks Mat, We have some really innovative stuff coming out this spring/summer. Really looking to support folks who are interested in hunting/fishing/camping/hiking and preparedness. We’ll keep an eye out for the next edition of ‘When Technology Fails’ and see if we can’t get a shout-out for slingbows.

  2. Thanks Matt, U are the Best 🙂 excellent equipment will be definitely doing more business 🙂

  3. Just took a boo at your website and your products and I am impressed. I have been playing around with sling bows for a few years now, making my own and trying out different designs and such. It is all a blast and very addicting to say the least. I am currently living in Ecuador, S. America and of course there is nothing for products of this sort down here. You can’t even buy archery gear here, so we build all our own.
Congrats to you guys and I hope to make it up there for a visit sometime in the future when I return to N. America for a visit.

  4. If you have any ideas we should be trying, we can always work together. Shipping costs to Ecuador are not that bad. Let me know if I can help. Nevertheless, theraband is inexpensive, you can make dozens of Slingbow with a single roll, and customs agents won’t have any problems with that. We would love to see pics of some of your work. – Matt

  6. Rene,
Thank for the invite. If we can get people freed up for a few days we would love to be there. As you know, vendors talk, and you guys have a good reputation.
Hope to see you in February.

  7. Hello my name is Travis and I just checked out your videos and pictures. I am an avid hunter and fisher and have always had a bow and arrow and a sling
shot as a kid. Never thought of combining the two, what a great idea. Congratulations on your product and
hard work. I cant wait to try and get one so i can enjoy some of this fun you and your slingbow team are having.

  8. Travis,
Let us know if we can get you set up with anything. Thanks for taking the time to check out the videos. Happy new year to you.

  9. Hi Matt,

heading to Florida again in a few weeks. looking forward to using the weasel bow fishing kit some more. I bought an actual bow fishing arrow. would it be more useful for sling bow fishing or would a regular arrow work better? also, are there still photo competitions every month? Thanks a lot!

    Howie

  10. Howie,
Sorry for the slow reply, I missed your post. Have fun in Florida. The bowfishing arrow may be too heavy for the brushes. There is an easy fix. You can put a small amount of superglue in the brushes and it will stiffen them up. If you try this and you don’t like how it turns out, send the unit to me and we’ll fix it for you, no charge.
The picture/video contest is always open, if you send me any quality pictures, I’ll send you a menu of prize items you can choose from.
    Regards,
    Matt

  11. Hmm it seems like your blog ate my first comment (it was super long) so I guess I’ll just sum
it up what I wrote and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog.
I as well am an aspiring blog writer but I’m still new to the
whole thing. Do you have any suggestions for newbie blog writers?
    I’d certainly appreciate it.
